Read BIO Adina has an extensive academic background, holding two Master's degrees (MSc) in Organisational Leadership, with specialisations in Systems Sciences and Business Administration. She brings over 20 years of global experience as a management consultant, working with SMEs and large enterprises across various sectors, primarily focusing on organisational optimisation and digitalisation. In addition to being a certified company board member, Adina actively participates in multiple boards and advisory boards. Her expertise extends to advising SMEs and startups throughout their entire lifecycle, serving as a senior business advisor and investor.

Read BIO Stefan, with an academic foundation in criminology and extensive experience in consumer market research, brings a wealth of knowledge in analytics and consumer insights. He has over 20 years of experience in market research, international sales, and funding assistance. Stefan is an active member of multiple boards and serves as a strategic advisor to startups and the SMB sector. He has a proven track record of successfully connecting businesses with investors and navigating complex funding options. Additionally, he specialises in developing and implementing strategies for sales, marketing, and overall business growth.

Read BIO Hirak holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance and has over 18 years of experience in management consulting, IT, and digital transformation, having worked with organisations such as Deloitte Consulting, Capgemini Consulting, Larsen & Toubro Group, and Tata Group. He is highly skilled in IT and digital transformation, outsourcing and offshoring, board proceedings, and finance. Hirak provides expert advice on turnaround strategies, mergers and acquisitions, funding, and exit strategies. Apart from being a board member of several tech companies and an active participant in industry forums, Hirak successfully sold his first startup with profitability. His career across Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa, gives him with a strong international perspective.
